    Christmas & New Year Hours

     

    Our standard hours over the Christmas and New Year period are:
      - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Saturdays 8:30am to 12.00pm*

    We are closed on Sundays and on the following Public Holidays:

      - Saturday 25, Monday 27 & Tuesday 28 December 2021

  • New Strength Testing Equipment at Alphington Sports Medicine Exercise + Rehabilitation

    We’ve recently added two new pieces of equipment to our Exercise + Rehabilitation Area – The ForceFrame and the NordBoard.

     

    Our Physiotherapists can use these to test the upper and lower body strength of a patient – including hip, knee, shoulder, ankle, hamstring and neck muscle groups.

     

    Both combine advanced sensors and provide real-time results and analytics for testing muscle strength and imbalance.

    All patients are required to wear a mask (unless they have an exemption) on our premises – including in Exercise Classes. The type of mask required is dependent on their vaccination level:

    • Single vaccinated and unvaccinated will be given a P2 to wear while in the building.
    • Double vaccinated may wear their usual mask.
