How do I make an appointment?

Online bookings are available for the majority of our services.

If the type of appointment you need or practitioner you're after isn't listed, or you prefer to book via phone, please call us on 9481 5744.

Please Note: While Telehealth, NDIS, TAC and WorkCover appointments, and group exercise classes are all available, these need to be booked by phone (not online).

You will receive an email confimration of your booking (if made online) and an reminder SMS around 24 hours prior to your appointment (if booked by phone).

Please do not use email as we cannot adequately determine the urgency of your problem or details of your requirements.

If you are unable to attend an appointment or class, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a potential cancellation fee.

Note: If it is your first visit to us, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for some paperwork.

What do I do / bring on the day?

We recommend you wear or bring clothing that make the assessment process easier e.g. a pair of shorts for a lower limb injury or sleeveless top for an upper limb injury. We do everything to accommodate our patients but in order to be as thorough as possible we generally require an unobstructed view of the injured area and / or adequate mobility of the part to perform an accurate assessment.
Please bring along any scans and printed reports, such as X-Rays, MRIs, recent blood tests etc. If you do not have them or cannot get the information in time, please find out the name of the service provider of those tests so we can contact them for the results.

Please contact our friendly reception staff if you have any further questions. Ph: (03) 9481 5744
Note: If it is your first visit to us, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for some paperwork.
