Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions our Group Exercise Classes have been suspended until further notice.

We encourage patients to book an appointment with their Physiotherapist to develop an individualised home-based exercise program.

Great news - our group exercise classes will be recommencing soon!

Online group exercise classes have ceased in preparation for the return of our regular classes at Alphington Exercise + Rehabilitation Centre.

As permitted by the Victorian Government's current planned easing of restrictions, we will recommence on-site classes from Monday 22 June (unless rules / guidelines are amended).
