Appointments: If you wish to make an appointment at the clinic, please call us on (03) 94815744. We would prefer that you did not use email because email can be unreliable, and we cannot adequately determine the urgency of your problem.

Email: As stated above, please do not use email to make or change an appointment. Please also note, that it is not advisable to contact practitioners via email. If you have a query, please call the clinic.

Prices: Because prices are dependent on the time it takes for your consultation (determined by the type of condition and treatment required) we cannot give you a set price list. Please speak to one of our receptionists for more information.

Payment: We would prefer you to pay for your consultation on the day. An account keeping fee may be applied at our discretion if you do not pay. We accept cash, cheque, eftpos and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We also have Hicaps facilities for you to claim your private health insurance rebate on the spot.

Available Items: We stock a variety of therabands, tubings, bandages, tapes, braces, heel raises, wheat bags and pilates equipment (including massage balls, foam rollers and fitballs). We can also order most items for you.

Where to find us: We are located at 339 Heidelberg Road, Northcote, opposite Fairfield Park. There is parking available at the front and back (Westgarth St) of the building. Bus no. 546 from Heidelberg to Melbourne University stops in front of the building, and we are a 10 minute walk from Fairfield train station.

Hours: Generally, our hours are 8.00am to 8.30pm. However these vary, depending on who is consulting at any particular time.
