Liver is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. It contains significantly more Iron, B12, Vitamin A, and Choline than any other red meat. These nutrients help to prevent iron deficiency, boost energy levels, and support brain and hormone health.
The liver is strategically hidden in the mince mixture so this is perfect if you’re not the biggest liver fan.
