Our Group Exercise Classes Are Returning!

In accordance with the Victorian Government's roadmap for further easing of restrictions, we will recommence our Group Exercise Classes from Monday 9 November*.

As our classes have a maximum of 4 participants, physical distancing requirements can be easily adhered to. In addition, there are strict protocols in place that all participants must follow and will include the need for all equipment to be sanitized after use.

Additional Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Services – for Men & Women

Our Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Laura Yammouni, has expanded this list of specialist services she offers.

 

Consultations are now available for men's pelvic health issues.

Treatment can be provided for conditions such as:

  • pre and post prostate surgery
  • urinary incontinence
  • faecal incontinence, and
  • constipation.

Group Exercise Classes Are Resuming!

Great news - our group exercise classes will be recommencing soon!

 

Online group exercise classes have ceased in preparation for the return of our regular classes at Alphington Exercise + Rehabilitation Centre.

As permitted by the Victorian Government's current planned easing of restrictions, we will recommence on-site classes from Monday 22 June (unless rules / guidelines are amended).

Kay Copeland, one of our most experienced practitioners here at Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic, is now a Specialist Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist* (as awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists in 2018).
